Not a guy and I won’t stand there and let anybody attack me verbally or physically.

There is no way for you to tell if a person wearing a mask is doing it because they are a “sheep” as you call them or because they are doing it out of need.

I have this:

If some COVID busybody wants me to wear a mask. I'm sure I'll get the proper social distancing...

The JoAnn’s lady had flag stuff on so I think she might have been the real deal. I doubt the Walmart guy was a Trump supporter, he seemed like an opportunist that wanted a better spot in line and to smear conservatives. The pharmacy mask avenger didn’t seem like the brightest bulb.

There are a ton of people online that are getting belligerent, but I think some of what you are going to run into is people like that guy at Walmart. The JoAnn’s lady really took the cake though. She just basically molested everyone in line and then went away, never to be seen again. She was the first one I encountered.

I disagree, in part. I think you are not wrong generally, but in the pandemic panic the current behavioral conditioning has been reaching some folks who were not so politically indoctrinated before, and at least as far as accepting the conditioning out of fear of the virus, they are newer “sheeple” than many others.

We bought a retirement house in North Idaho a couple years ago and it's a lot like you describe. The Coeur d'Alene Press today has an article about COVID in North Idaho:
There have been two new cases of the coronavirus reported in the Panhandle Health District since Friday. PHD reports there are a total of 70 cases, with 66 in Kootenai County and four in Bonner County. Boundary, Benewah and Shoshone counties still have no cases.

Sixty-seven of the cases are no longer being monitored. As of Wednesday, only seven of the 70 cases have resulted in hospitalizations.

There has not been the feared outbreak of cases since restaurants, salons and gyms reopened Friday, May 15.

Gov. Brad Little’s reopening plan for the state allows bars to open May 30.

Kootenai County is where the "big city" of Coeur d'Alene is located (population 51,000 - the TEN northernmost counties in Idaho have a total population of 330,000). The Panhandle Health Districts #1 and #2 have had zero deaths.

I can relate to having everything to myself as well. Wisconsinites are generally not flipping out, but there are exceptions. I live rural, but routinely travel into Milwaukee. I would grab my lunch, and walk a trail. Nobody! Weird! Today was completely different. Driving home, I couldn’t find a walk-in restaurant that wasn’t packed (given state or self-imposed capacity restrictions).

I applaud you for sticking with your exercise regimen. Stay crazy!

I had a box of masks because I wear one when I’m changing my cat litter. I did wear one at grocery after my town had several cases that week. I started feeling dizzy and nauseous and barely made it through shopping. As soon as I got out of the store I took the mask off and I was fine after getting a few breaths of air. I didn’t wear one again.

The thing tthat could do the bidding of the globalists is the Covid lawsuits which could quickly bankrupt businesses. One think Trump did as close to his first act was to get us out of an Obama negotiated agreement that would have made us fair game for international tribunal money grabs through lawsuits. The globalists don’t have soldiers, but they do have armies of lawyers. That’s how they will try to do this. Until Republicans manage to get liability protection through Nancy Pelosi, (Yes, that’s where we are with this) the masks help cut the odds for the businesses.

I’m in a 55+ building. Was walking from the elevators and a masked and gloved woman screamed frantically for me to back up 6 feet so she could pass. I told her in a sharp and irritated voice to “get the hell out of my way”. (She quickly scurried past me)

Exactly. My brother had a lung transplant 2 years ago, and has to have a mask at all times, virus or not. He doesn’t have to wear it all the time, but needs to have it with him in case of crowded situations, etc. He’d probably get in someones face too, along with his nurse wife!

We're brothers in the struggle, you and I. I haven't worn any kind of mask, hadn't needed to but my go-to would be my shemagh. I also keep choice phrases in Arabic at the ready to bark at pests when needed - always sends the busybodies fleeing.

I have heard other people say that but they have never done that to me and I have asthma. A lot of people with asthma have problems breathing through them but not me. I wouldn’t wear one either if it made me sick like that.

I sent my husband and oldest a disabilities act screenshot in case any of them gets harassed at the store. We traveled out of state recently and there were some level 10 karens out there. This mask shit is really bothering my daughter, who’s deaf. Try lip reading when everyone’s mouths are covered up. I am so tired of all of this mass hysteria.

I’ve only been approached by one person in a grocery store who said — politely — that I should be wearing a mask. I replied, “Darlin’ I’m no less protected not wearing a mask that you are the way you’re imcorrectly wearing yours.” While she was figuring that out I added, “Oh, and where are your fitted goggles? Your mask doesn’t cover your eyes.” She just nodded and went on her way ... all very polite.

I am in the same boat, lip reading.

I wear hearing aids, but rely on lip reading to understand what someone is saying. A person wearing a mask sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher.

I like the level 10 Karens.
