DE PERE (WLUK) -- With the NFL releasing its schedule for the upcoming season, we now know when the Packers are supposed to be playing, but an official go ahead on fans at the games is probably still a ways off. Still, knowing what we know right now, would fans show up at Lambeau if it is allowed?
I’ll be there for at least one game, my wife and I make it a point to go to at least one game a year at Lambeau field. We always have a fantastic time and this year should be no different.
Anybody who watches football in an outdoor stadium when it’s 10 degrees and snowing ain’t gonna be scared off by a virus.....
You are wrong. The advertisers pay for your eyeballs whether you buy from them or not. Almost all of the league's revenues ... and the players' salaries ... come from ad revenue. Ticket sales are miniscule in comparison.
That needs to be addressed...and I believe it will be.
I’m not arguing for forced masking. I’m arguing that we let the market inform where we all stand. The football fans who could care less will go to the stadium sans masks and get a tax credit. The fearful ones watch indoors all safely separated on a big TV but pay more in taxes since their choice is a drain on the tax base. In all cases, commerce resumes and we can look at the attendance differentials to sort out where the nation stands.

DUH........ YES of course we will. Sat at that last Favre game in sub zero weather. Lived through that. YES.. I’d go... our 6 MKE ticket package will be filled, as usual. All our relatives will be there with beer in hand.

I could care less what the advertisers pay for, in fact I'm happy they pay to reach someone like me, a person who will never buy their junk. If there were more people like me the Kneelers would be paid half as much.

I think there will not be any games played at all.
I don’t want to think this, but I just can’t imagine 30 to 60 thousand people going to a game with those stupid masks on for three plus hours sucking up their own germs. No fans, no sports. Goodbye NBA, MLB, NFL.
