Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Thanks. It seems complicated to prepare for, especially the few days leading up; tomorrow, one week prior, 'measurements' - whatever that is. I have to drive quite a ways to the surgery center for this and the surgery; my local eye Dr office is just for exams. :^O

About 3-4 years back my wife damaged the garage door and I was attempting to get it open so that we could at least get in and out until we could replace it. One of the plates that was attached to the big overhead spring pulled free of the door and smacked me in the neck.
There was a bright flash of white just before impact and I’m convinced that there was some sort of intervention made to keep it from killing me. Had the plate hit me edge on, or reversed with the screws/bolts, or the wire hit me it would have taken out my throat or broken my jaw. Instead I got a painful but glancing blow from the flat backside of the plate. I was sore a week or so, but only slight bruising and some hoarseness.
Hmm, so if I look at a tweet the replies to it are dependent on what I have previously viewed? Not just whatever regular replies were made?

Everyone’s favorite line is “We need more testing” but how is this going to work?
First, will they be testing for antibodies to see if you have immunity, or for the disease itself? Already, anyone with symptoms is getting tested, so why waste testing resources on people who aren’t sick?
Or if it’s #1, then what? Suppose a person is tested and has antibodies thus is not likely to get CV. Do they get special treatment then, like being able to go back to work or disregard the restrictions?
How exactly will testing help? I’ve never heard a good explanation and whenever I ask my Dem. rep after she bitches about it, I just get no reply.
I just checked and that is a spurious quotation from Thomas Jefferson. I’ve seen over the years many statements attributed to Thomas Jefferson that he never said, almost a cottage industry.

The original technology here was developed with taxpayer funding. It’s unclear who ends up with licensing. It’s presumably not open-source. The developers and others would have been NDA’d ... so how did this liberal propaganda effort gain the keys to the castle? Unless someone legally granted a back door, seems there’s theft involved in this usage. I suggest a report + tip to the FBI for investigation.
