Until the treatment/testing protocols get better, we will practice that level of diligence.

I don’t want a 60yr old husband on dialysis 10 years from now because his kidneys got shot with this virus.

You need a haircut and a steak dinner!

And be sure to attend some crowded entertainment venue.

That is what I said, it it wasn't for cheese and nuts, I'd starve.

Also read that the beekeepers aren't being allowed to travel around with their bees to pollinate the crops? Particularly in California.

medcram guys says D-dimer should be tested in patients

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-8278329/Covid-19-cause-blood-clotting-raise-risk-blood-vessel-blockages-brain.html

The team, that included neurologists from the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, saw an increase in D-dimer - a blood protein linked to clotting.

You are assuming that the shoppers all have the virus and if Lowes and grocery stores closed up shop all over the US, the virus would stop spreading. If Lowes closed up then every business in the country should be closed. Total socialist, communist goal to shut down the US economy. Masks are not a guarantee of anything while probably a good precaution for those who have a need to lessen their possible exposure to any virus. I stay home in flue season because it is highly contagious, that is my choice. Works for me and mine. Unemployment for a number of our family younger members is really a big hit on their ability to fend for themselves. No shoppers or buyers, no use for hiring help. None are on welfare or federal guaranteed job paycheck. Enough is enough.

CORONA? WHAT CORONA? 30,000 Chinese gather to watch sunrise on first day of national holiday with absolutely NO social distancing

Exactly. Plus the stairs are probably good exercise when you’re sticking at home.

I suppose they could have engineered it further and had a re-release. That would explain the Wu-Flu like cases prior to our knowledge of it without the hospitals being slammed, and then the deadlier wave afterward, that risked overwhelming our health care system.

I’ll accept it WITHOUT the chip, then. If it only comes with the chip, then they can pound sand.

And then don’t forget to visit the grandparents, complete with hugging and kisses, afterward! Fun, fun, fun!

You realize that even when things ‘open back up’, there will still be a dearth of shoppers?

Sweden is open but many businesses there are on the verge of bankruptcy because people simply aren’t ‘getting out and about’ anymore.

How stupid can people get? Or is that by design to ensure a food shortage?

The state offered a graph, not numbers. Interestingly, emergency hospitalizations for "covid like symptoms" showed double for 1-19 age group than for any other. All other age groups were clustered.

That tells me that particular data point is GIGO. It's not based upon test results. But it says as a % 20-80+ are about the same for likelihood of hospitalization.

To be honest, you have NO idea what will be in the vial.

None.

I wear a mask in a store to help ensure that other people don’t get the virus from me, should I have already picked it up somewhere else.

In my state, roughly 20% of the 50-60yr olds are hospitalized.

About 10-15% of the 40-50yr olds.

Those are huge numbers.

That age group is your business owner, manager, supervisor, etc.

Those people will be out of the job place for weeks, not days.

We know a 30 something (healthy thin) who was sick with this for three WEEKS (yes, really), the last week she suffered excruciating lower/mid back pain. her kidney function still isn’t 100% again.

So get going and get this virus. The rest of us need those treatment protocols/dosages/timings worked out before we’re willing to risk kidney damage for a hair cut or a million dollar hospital bill for a steak dinner!

She is like me, a rule follower, especially when it’s a matter of life and death. She likes the governor too. She was a fed government employee for decades.

I’m kind of amazed that the New Yorkers in my building are more conscientious about the elevator than the Virginians in hers. Well, we have the biggest problem here and it hits close to home for almost everyone. So it does make sense in a way.
