It’s interesting that the signed note is clearly cursive, while the annotations are printed in mixed case with a few words in cursive—mostly the circled ones. The red lasso is awkwardly drawn as it obscures the lower ‘we.’ Possibly the annotations were written in a style to try and mask Obama’s normal hand-writing style.
What is the recommended dose, and how often, please?

As much as it would be really fun to learn that Obama wrote the Flynn pre meeting notes.......The letter “g” on the Obama personal note does not match with the letter “g” on the Priestap notes. It’s not the same handwriting

Obama was writing the first sample on WH stationary and had flashes of attempting to write cursive more than in the 'mixed case' (as Brady LS pointed out) in the hurried, scrawled, lower sample.
The G with the looping 'leg'is a glorified version of the lower sample G's.
The t's and the f's are perfect matches, as are full words circled.
This is a handwriting match, and I'm sure a certified expert would agree.
One G don't spoil the whole bunch girl I don't care what they say, I don't care what they say.
