This quarantine/lockdown has me thinking of how many ways Joe Biden will try to finagle his way out of the Presidential Debates come Sept. & Oct. -- or how he'll try to cheat his way out. For one, he's been living in the comfort of his basement and doing interviews remotely for the past month and a half. He's comfortable doing this because he's 'bubblewrapped' in a way where he doesn't have to see anyone and he gets his answers fed to him by his minions to his earpiece.
The Trump Team should DEMAND that Joe shows up to all 3 Presidential Debate locations, in person, and all debates should take place STANDING UP. They need to stand up for hours if need be. Trump is built for standing up until the cows come home; Biden is not. This will show Biden's physical weaknesses, which will then turn up in his coherence (non-existent) and in his abilities to answer the questions and to debate Trump.
The Trump Team also needs to make sure that Biden is not wearing an earpiece in any of the stages where they'll be debating because, as we have seen for the past 2 weeks or so, Biden cannot string 2 sentences together without reading stuff from a paper or being told things over his earpiece. Even with the latter, he still stumbles on words and phrases.
Trump needs to be a LEADER and go for the JUGULAR. He exudes STRENGTH and should use it. No more Mr. Nice Guy. He needs to drive this home. Nov. will be here before we know it. The fake MSM will not touch Biden with a 10-foot pole, but Trump will. This is the reason why, for some reason, I believe that the Biden Team will try to cancel or curtail the Presidential Debates to having them done remotely or some other way, while separated. There is NO WAY ON EARTH that they want Biden on the same stage with Trump one time -- never mind two and three times.
SAME STAGE! SIX FEET APART! NO TIME LIMIT! NO EARPIECES! NO NOTES TO BE BROUGHT IN EXCEPT THE ONES THAT THEY WRITE THEMSELVES WHEN THEY GET TO THE STAGE ON A BLANK NOTE PAD!

If he debates from his basement, he’ll have people around him feeding him answers and talking on his earpiece.
Only two things are definite about the debates: the moderators will all be Democrats (or anti-Trump Republicans), and the media will announce afterwards that Biden won (assuming the DNC doesn’t replace him with someone else).
Yup, and it will confuse the hell out of him. He wont even recognize his own basement by the time the debate is over
Looking beyond the dementia debates, if the rats nominate Moochie for VP, they’ll be disappointed how President Trump, as opposed to McCain and Romney, don’t grant pigmentation immunity. He will flame her. No quarter.

I have no doubt that DJT could dismantle just about any other placeholder the RATs put forward.
There are only two things that worry me at this point:
1.) Low-information voters. Always a problem. I got into a rather acrimonious exchange on another thread when I suggested that things may need to get a little worse with these WuFlu lockdowns before certain low-info voters realize the degree to which the RATs have been tyrannizing over them. Of course, tribalism is always powerful, and there are some people who just can’t be reached.
2.) Voter fraud. Of course. Fortunately, there are only a few states that could flip either way, and those will have to be watched in minute detail. Otherwise, I expect this election is going to be much like 2016 — nothing resembling a landslide but a convincing Electoral College win.
And that’s all it takes.
Still, we’re living in perilous times and this nation’s ruling elite hates regular Americans, and hates our great president. In the long run, I can’t see how this will end without the use of force. But force can take many forms — and the best of these might simply seeing Pelosi, Schumer, et. al. perp walked on a one-way flight to Gitmo.
Hillary most certainly wore an earpiece and there was one debate where she was quoting some number and you heard someone whisper the word ‘dozens’ she immediately repeated it out loud. She also cheated with her podium and a handler quickly went up to it afterwards and removed some wiring and other stuff.

One of the demands should be each side gets to pick a moderator. One both agree on, and one each that the candidate picks unilaterally.
I think it’s all about expectations. One candidate is expected to do great. The other is expected to do poorly. It’s better to be the underdog.
Presidential debates, and for that matter Presidential elections, are not part of the Constitution.
If, which I still think is quite unlikely, Biden is the nominee there will be no debates. There is absolutely no requirement to participate, and he won’t.
Joe won’t debate. He can’t, dementia reasons. Remember Joe just had a scripted conversation with Bernie. He had a teleprompter and STILL couldn’t do it! The Rats cannot afford to put Joe on stage.
I think there’s a good chance there will be no debate. Biden knows he can’t stand up to Trump. So Biden will decline to debate. His excuse? It’s because of the virus, and because Trump is such a “hater”.
But if there is a debate, the most important thing for Trump to do is demand the right to pick half of the questioning team. Nothing is more important than that. Nothing!
Let Trump pick two questioners. Let Biden pick two.
I thought earpiece receivers can be jammed just like cellphones or drones.
We’ll know for sure whenever Biden blurts out, “Abraham Washington said that in 1492! I was there!!”

Firstly, I don’t think there is any chance Biden will be the nominee..
IF by some bizarre circumstance Biden is the nominee Trump should respectfully decline to debate him. The press will hound Trump until he has to deliver a reason, he should intimate that Biden is mentally unfit to debate and he does not wish to cause him any pain.
IF it comes down to a live debate then when Biden comes apart Trump should make a few remarks about how unkind it was for people to push a disabled man into such a situation and then shake Biden’s hand and respectfully leave the stage.
Debate - Trump will mopt the floor with Biden.
‘Bubblewrapped’ is a good term for it. The longer they can keep Plugs away from a hot mic and close to his handlers, the less likely it is for him to shoot another gaping hole in his foot. This ‘pandemic’ is a convenient way of doing so on many levels - it gives Joe an excuse to go groundhog, the libs can find new ways weekly to gin it up, drag it out, and further trash the economy, and they can continue to tar and feather Trump in the press, no matter what he does or how he handles it. Trump needs to go into Street Brawler mode ASAP. And I wouldn’t put it past the Jackass Party to throw Joe under the bus for a ‘concensus candidate’ if it looks like he’ll buckle on election day, or they can’t find a running mate for him who appears to be somewhat mainstream. If I were Biden, I’d hire a Royal Food Taster either way.
