The only thing that would be missing from this year's debate are the cheering sections. This year's debates will be the candidates and the moderators only.
As someone said on FR a few weeks ago - Biden’s handlers will be happy if he just avoids wetting his pants during the debate.
Joe Biden will Not be the nominee.
1.) Low-information voters.
Forty percent of this country would vote Democrat even if Stalin was on the ticket - ESPECIALLY if Stalin were on the ticket.
2.) Voter fraud.
There is only one reason Trump won in 2016, and one reason alone: Insufficient Democrat Voter Fraud. But in 2018 they learned the lesson.
This fall, we are going to see Broward County go national.
See, I would be happy with just one person from the right. Normally we get nothing but left wing hacks like Lester Holt.
As well as the 'Ballot Harvesting' that flipped 5 GOP House seats in OC a week after the polls closed.

If Biden refuses to debate, I suggest President Trump should debate him utilizing all Biden’s screwed up, unintelligible answers from the sound bites. The questions would be real questions from a moderator, with Trump giving real and concise answers for the audience’s consumption. Then Biden’s response would be a montage of his usual gibberish making no sense at all. This would have a similar effect that Clint Eastwood’s ‘empty chair” debate had a few years ago. People would talk about this for years. At minimum, this concept would be great for 1 minute ads on network TV. Every day a new question from the moderator and every day new responses from the candidates. The world will see what a retard the Dems are running.
That’s a very pessimistic assessment. But we have to go to the polls and fight this thing out to the bitter end.
I don’t think the RATs are going to get their mail-in ballots, which is a bit encouraging.
The other thing that gives me a bit of hope is that its only a handful of Midwestern states that will really decide the election. Everything else is pretty much locked it.
Honestly, I don’t think our sainted Founders could have anticipated the power lust of these Marxist RATs. I believe there’s a way out of this mess but it’s going to take leadership with the courage and foresight to resort to extra-Constitutional means to suppress RAT corruption.
I’d gladly give up my vote for life if the rule of law could be restored. And the rule of law is a lot more important than voting — after all, communist dictatorships all had their sham elections from time to time.

I don’t think it will matter who the Democrat nominee is, who his running mate is, or how they do in the debates.
Trump is an incumbent president running for re-election and he will win easily if the economy is not in a free-fall come October. Period.
Unfortunately, with this insane Covid-19 overreaction, we can not rule that out. Trump needs to somehow get us past this crazy social distancing shutdown - and SOON.
It won’t be easy, because the Democrats, the deep state globalists and the fake news are doing everything humanly possible to delay the recovery. They don’t give a damn about the Covid-19 virus - this is not about safety. They never shut the economy down before - this is 100% dirty politics.
Somehow, we have to get the message out to Trump supporters that they are being played - that this is another hoax. President Trump can’t call it a hoax - for the same reason he couldn’t fire Mueller.
Somehow, we need to get Texas, and a couple other big red states to go back to normal and prove to everyone else that the economy does NOT see to be shut down for viruses to run their course.
This is not the first scary virus threat - but it IS the first economic shutdown.
Ask yourself why now? The answer should be obvious.
Our President is under attack yet again - he needs our help. I don’t know how to do it but somehow we need to end this economic shutdown NOW.
The media are “wowed,” or so they breathlessly tell us.

Requiring him to stand is not a good idea. FDR couldn’t stand. His ability to stand made no difference in whether he was a good president or a bad president. I’m much more interested in Biden’s ability to think and communicate ideas that would work (his won’t) than his ability to stand.
