At the presser today, Dr Birx spoke of national testing saying they could eventually test a million a month. Wouldn't it take 27 1/4 years to test the US population of 327 million at the rate of a million a month?
Why didn't a single reporter ask, "Isn't that 27 years?"
Are my numbers wrong? Do they really think we are that stupid? The ilogic of all this is hurting my head.
Im thinking its got something to do with 9 million people in a 362 mile square area. I could be wrong.
I did not realize the delivery situation was so terrible out in New York. Sad to hear that. It will perpetuate a vicious cycle as people go out to get stuff.
German Nazis would git ‘er done in six months. DNC Nazis maybe 20.
Well I think they already have. If herd immunity is real. They will have it soon I hope. I couldnt live there but the last time I was in NYC, the Twin Towers were still up. A beautiful skyline screwed up by ragheads. It still pisses me off.
I live far beyond the reach of “grocery deliveries” so I should just shut up and starve?
Even if I were, I should trust someone I don’t even know with my *food*?
This is not about the “flu” and possibly never has been.
I’m waiting for “the most deadly symptom is no symptoms at all” to be added to the ever-expanding list.
Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
These were the same morons who thought Bloomberg could have given everyone $100,000 instead of spending his fortune to win Guam.
Agree 100%. Bump!
We have just over 1 million doctors in the US, just under 3 million nurses, and 10 million people over age 80. A million tests per month will not go very far if we actually care about tracking this disease. At that level of testing, we’re really looking at an effective treatment and a vaccine as the answers.
There’s a lot of backstory to what I’m gonna say but I’m starting to get that same feeling I had when someone twice my size thought it would be funny to pin me to the floor, hold my hands down and sit on my hips.
Suffice to say there was a good bit of blood involved and it was not mine.
I feel pinned down, restrained and chained and I wear none of those sensations well at all.
Starting to get really pissed.
And the protected class on the hill.
You can bet some of these important people will have machines to do their own testing. The American sheople cannot survive without their masters
If I fit into the “at risk” category because of my age and have no symptoms, MUST I be tested? Against my rights!!!
Isn't that the Scarf Queen?
ML/NJ
You might be tested before youre allowed into a nursing home (for example).
it isn’t good in NJ either - there simply are now delivery timeslots open. I have tried several time to get a home grocery delivery (my mother has cancer and I’m trying to not bring the virus to her) and there aren’t any delivery slots open. My experience with Instacart is that my delivery kept getting delayed and then it forced me finally to reschedule. reschedule date was the same experience and then they canceled my order on me. I go out for groceries now and hope for the best. don’t feel like spending hours on a laptop trying to look for a delivery slot.
>>Nuke Beijing.
The Wuhan virus lab’s got to go first. It’s an existential menace to the human race, run by the psychopathic Chinese Communist Party.
I wont argue that. Get two we paid for them.
