If so, do you know if they had the flu earlier?
Between December and when the junk from china hit them.
I was wondering if the effected ones had any antibodies from a previous bout with the flu.
A friend (Ohio) thinks he had it in January. An 80 or so year old lady I know just got released from the hospital (Michigan) and I just found out the brother of a friend has it. (New Jersey)
Agreed it wasn’t Covid before February. I follow Trevor Bedford who is a epidemologist in Seattle and he has been studying covid. He’s also been able to track it based on genetic modifications.:

I know 8 people who have tested positive:
1, male, age 55. Fever for 10 days, cough, chills, and body aches. He has completely recovered, never went to doctor
2 people (1 male, 1 female) in their 20’s in NYC. Minor cold-like symptoms
2 people in Cambridge, MA, male and female, early 40’s. Minor cold-like symptoms, fully recovered
Now the part that hurts - My 72 year-old uncle, my aunt, and my cousin. My uncle is about to die (he has terminal liver cancer and was already very sick). His wife, my aunt, aged 60 starting to get pretty sick, she’s a nurse. Their son, 25, no real symptoms right now.
My uncle caught it in the hospital and was the first to test positive.
It’s a shitty situation because we can’t visit them or really support them in any way besides leaving food on their porch.

I know two sisters in North Carolina who tested positive this week. One of them is reporting vomiting, diarrhea, headaches and a high fever, but no respiratory symptoms thus far. Her younger sister has a low grade fever but no other symptoms.
Best results so far is the website_ lost all hope.

It seems to contradict some of the info that was released by UW Virology when they were initially trying to track down the contacts of a teenager from Snohomish County, north of Seattle, in the middle of February who was thought to be our first documented case of community spread in this area.
My brother-in-law who also lived in Snohomish County had an inoperable, cancerous brain tumor and was on hospice care and died in March. No testing was done on his body that I know of, but he died from “respiratory failure” and was counted by CDC guidelines as a “presumptive” coronavirus case. He was close to death from his cancerous tumor. The numbers of deaths are being spiked by counting people who have fatal comorbidity from other medical issues.

I had something before Thanksgiving that prompted me to take decongestants (mainly Mucinex)...wasn’t really sick, but felt a bit off (mild chills and hot flashes w/o actual fever a few aches) and like I was on verge of clogging up, on and off, for about 10 days.
Our neighbors just got over it. The grown son had to go to the ER but the parents never sought treatment. They have all recovered.
Venom got himself suspended.
A shame. He had such potential.
