I think the rest of the country in another week or so. Houston, Detroit, Chicago maybe a week beyond that
To misquote T.S. Elliot, I think this thing end with a whimper, not with a bang as people just start doing things
That said, the reason it wasn’t worse is because of the mitigation efforts. I don’t believe all of the nonsense about 100 million deaths in the PRC but I think it was a lot worse than they are admitting. We could have had easily 200,000 or 300,000 deaths from this in the US.
I am thinking this is like most viruses and will pretty much die off with warmer weather.
But, I admit, I’m not a medical doctor. It is just sort of the impression I get.
