Our county convention is going to have an online gotomeeting convention this cycle due to the recent meeting restrictions.
We will be electing officers and there is a highly contested race for the Chairman.
I will also have to elect new officers for my Township Committee next week.
The PURPLE INK INDEX FINGER for Republicans/Constitutionalists and the demonratcommiescumbags get a purple middle finger.
Anything on this short notice (APP, Database, etc) will be as corrupt as hell and can NEVER BE TRUSTED !!!
Check with officials in Iowa who bought their voting apps from Hillary. They can tell you exactly what NOT to buy.
Are you going to use the app “go to meeting”? If so, most apps have a survey or poll tool. We use Skype for business so I am not sure what functionality go to meeting has to offer.

Well I won’t be buying anything that’s for sure but
as I started my search it dawned on me
that this is more difficult than I thought.

How many people are voting?
Do you intend to do it during your GoToMeeting (meeting participants vote)?
My Township is just about 15 but the
entire county is probably under 1000
but the PC’s votes are based on the number of
republican votes that were cast in their precinct.
Oh and they can split their votes between candidates.

I think Survey Monkey may have something that’ll suit your needs.
If you want 1000 people to vote online you need a way to make sure that they are qualified (actual legitimate voters) and that they don’t vote twice.
So you’ll need them to have them authenticate (sign in) online and then vote.
Somehow you’ll have to look at the votes and validate them against a list of legal names.
Tough problem. If you use the US mail at least you can tie each person down to a mailing address.
Those problems are all solved if all participants are in a GoToMeeting (you can see the attendees).
If you have emails for everyone you might look at doodle polls or survey monkey.
