SiriusXM announced Tuesday that through May 15, 2020, the satellite radio network will offer free access to its full lineup of Premier Streaming content to listeners in North America.
With so many people asked to stay at home, we are making our full streaming lineup of music, entertainment, news and information easily accessible to everyone, said SiriusXM CEO Jim Meyer.
In the days ahead, we hope its a valuable source of information or diversion, a generous mix of fresh live content, and a source of companionship that comes from the hosts on our many shows and channels, Meyer added. And there was no better way to launch the Stream Free content than with Howard [Stern] this morning.
Listeners will receive free access to more than 300 channels of programming, including Breitbart News Daily, Breitbart News Tonight, Breitbart News Saturday, and Breitbart News Sunday all of which air on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel.

I assume that the offer includes current subscribers.
[flourish of french horns]
sounds Sirius!
You’ll notice they didn’t mention sports because...there’s no sports!
I Siriusly wish them well but many will find that the radio service is not so fantastic if you’re not stuck in a vehicle.
I just cancelled my SiriusXM subscription yesterday. But I won’t be able to take advantage of this special deal, since I’m back in Alaska, where we can’t receive their signal while driving.
“But I wont be able to take advantage of this special deal..”
If you have wireless data for a smartphone and can listen to podcasts you should be able to use their Android or IOS app to listen.
I Siriusly wish them well but many will find that the radio service is not so fantastic if youre not stuck in a vehicle.
Im a Sirius radio subscriber and have been for at least 20 years.I find that the programming is exceptional, though I don the give a damned about sports.
As far as receiving program go you dont need to be stuck in your vehicle to listen.
You can stream it on your cell phone and it works like a dream.Especially when local terrestrial radio programming is so bad as your getting older.
If your in your mid-fifties youll know what I mean.
My advice is to give it a shot. You might actually want to by the service and get rid of terrestrial radio after that.
Willkow Majority is pretty good but it rund during Rush. Same hours. So I nicknamed him the Rush Limbaugh of Sirius/XM. Yeah so while Sirius runs Hannity it has Andrew Willkow instead of Rush.
Rush doesn’t and won’t allow broardcast of his daily show on satellite. It has to do with his maintaining control of his programing and commercial income. For me that is too bad because our local station dropped talk radio about 7 or 8 years ago. While driving and trying to get and listen to a long distance AM station in town with all the electrical interference is frustrating and I have SiriusFM in my pickup. While at work I can get him via those stations that stream on the internet.
Also Glenn Beck left the Patriot channel a while ago and go replaced by David Webb.
Current subscribers already have free access to their streaming content.

Do you have to request it, or will it just be available on the radio?
David webb is better..
Glen got the boot if i recall.
I can’t find a list of their streaming channels anywhere, just a list of the channels I already get in my car radio. Does anyone know if they have a world music station? Something with Afropop, Bhangra, didgeridoos and/or throat-singing? That’s what I really want that the car radio doesn’t have already.
I had free Sirius the last time I rented a car and drove around through Colorado and Utah. Although I liked the music channels, I liked my mp3 player better as soon as I realized I could connect it to the car’s sound system.
When I’m at home, I listen to TuneIn both through my pc browser, phone and Roku. They’re both free. I just don’t need to pay for radio.
Rush is making another big mistake.
No one listens to AM anymore.
He could be ruling Conservative Talk on Sirius.
Not sure what that means...my car has Sirius but I don’t subscribe.Maybe I’ll check to see if it’s turned back on.
He is ruling radio right now. When I’m on the road I stream him on WOR in New York.
Yup,I have a 32GB SD card in my car with all my favorite music on it.I must say though that the Sirius comedy channel is good and it’s good to be able to get MLB/NHL/NFL games on the road.
There are various packages available to current subscribers. For example in addition to music and talk there are sports packages, comedy packages, etc. My subscription doesn't include comedy and I don't get Howard Stern. However, all channels will be free until May 15.
