Nearly 100 more Big Apple residents died from the coronavirus since Sunday morning, raising the citys death toll to 776, according to city data.
From 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., the city tallied 98 more deaths and 1,166 more coronavirus cases, meaning 33,474 people in the city have now been infected with the illness.
Queens, in that time-frame, remained the hardest-hit borough with 10,737 cases.
Brooklyn has the second most cases at 8,887, followed by the Bronx at 6,250, Manhattan at 5,582 and Staten Island with 1,984.
Mayor de Blasio earlier Sunday warned the city will be in the throes of the virus for quite some time to come.

April will be worse than March, and I fear that May could even be worse than April, he said. Were going to be in for weeks of this.

There is a surprising [to me at least] large variation in the infrastructure on a per capita basis.
Then there is a surprising variation in tested infection rates among states of fairly similar population [e.g Minn. vs. Mich.].
I like that the NYT has a map should County by County infection data. It really shows that the US is a very diverse place.

Thanks. Some people deploy zinc strips on their roof to keep it mold and fungus free. Lichen free too. Zinc is the enemy of an array of baddies. I like how the scheme is that hydroxychloroquine and Chloroquine are zinc transporters into the corona virus to kill it.

Zinc strips work when rain rolls over the metal in the strip, and tiny metal particles are carried down the roof. The metal is poisonous to algae, moss, lichen, fungus, mold and other simple plant life, all of which stain, look bad, and are unhealthy for your roof. The moss thats growing will gradually wither,...
the internet and media are so full of charts, stats, graphs, lists, and reports about how many have covid and how many died from it and I think they deliberately make it confusing....
