If McDonald's ever runs out of extra tartar sauce for my fish sammich, there could be trouble.

I think over half the stuff in my freezers expired in 2018 or earlier.

I need a rotation system.

If I have to break open the rice I stored up 13 years ago, I hope I did it in such a way boweavels and maggots don’t come pouring out.

Why not.

It’s a artificial crisis, but nonetheless...

Vindicated? Yeah. I haven’t had to change my tagline, although I imagined it would unfold a bit differently than this.

Many of us just believe in stocking up for general reasons. Less store trips, taking advantage of sales, etc. I haven’t broken into the MRE’s yet.

I could probably last a few months but would lose weight and eat a few things I am not crazy over.

Six months ago, I ordered a case of 24 cans of Spam. I thought I liked it but only ate a couple of cans before getting tired of it. Still it would work as flavoring for beans and rice etc.

What exactly is the “vindication”?

Every store eventually restocked in like a week, and are hiring thousands just to restock.

Restaurants are looking for ways to keep serving food. Not closing because there isnt any.

People should have a pantry and learn to can and grow a garden. That’s not “survivalist” by a long shot.

I noticed that my neighbor Steve brought out an Urban Combat Vehicle.

I blasted it, just to be sure. He probably wants my toilet paper.

See if John Deere covers that under warranty, Steve!

The fish sammich is meh but I need the tarter sauce for tater dippin’. I’ve tried making it, buying many brands, but none live up to McD’s. I wish they would sell it in the stores.

"... prepping for a disaster scenario like coronavirus. Now, many feel vindicated"

What a crock!

Has electrical power been shut down?
Has the water supply been contaminated?
Is there rioting and antifa-type destruction everywhere?
Has food production stopped?
Have all medical facilities been destroyed?
Has the oil supply been eliminated?
Have all abortions stopped?
Has the virus death rate approached that of the Black Plague?
Are children dying or becoming paralyzed by polio?

Jason Nark is an a_hole POS helping to set up the scenario for everything to be Trump's fault come next November...

I remember him from “Alone”. Love that show! Ironic, I’m watching YouTube’s Brooke Whipple right now from the same series. Her videos are very calming to watch for anyone interested. Almost 1st thing she said in this one is she’s going camping overnight to get away from the virus news...lol

he ate nothing but fish he caught in a lake: nine of them.

Real preppers don't play fair with food. Use a throw net instead of line and hooks.

I mostly prep enough to make for a couple weeks to maybe a couple months.
Never had an instance where i had to “survive” for more than a few days.
But i might start thinking about prepping for a six months after this insanity.

It's only been three weeks and my wife wants me to go to the store Tuesday. We could last for several more weeks and I have never considered myself a prepper at all. I'm just a retired old man who shops for bargains and savings in bulk.

I am one Coke into my last refrigerator twelve pack. I have the making for umpteen gallons of tea. My wife has a huge amount of her flavored sparkling waters.

I knew it was only a matter of two weeks or so until the supply lines caught up.

In fact, our Costco was fully stocked this morning and NO gas lines and got gas at 1.99 per gallon !!

Since the Chicom cootie hit, we didn’t go without anything...And no, were not preppers nor panic hoarders.

We keep a few supplies on hand, but that it!
