I saw a bunch of complaints about POTUS removing NYers from the Trusted Traveler plan. LOL From what I could tell Trump used that as leverage to get something done...not sure.

Looks like on March 1st - the date of the last tweet linked above - Cuomo really started addressing this but wasn’t yet aware of how bad it could be.

Cuomo had passed up an opportunity to replenish dwindling NY ventilator supplies, opting, instead, to
"feel good about himself" by printing thousands of “I love New York” banners for display around the state.
