Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Citizens only, so at least theoretically taxpayers if they have enough taxable income. I think the payments also taper off at higher incomes, but have seen no details on this.
Also, only U.S. domiciled companies ... which excludes the cruise lines (and many others) who are domiciled (at least the entity showing profits) in Bermuda, Caymans or other places to avoid U.S. taxes.
Actually ... on second thought ... I'm not sure all the entities avoiding taxes this way are excluded ... if they also have U.S. subsidiaries (set up to not show a profit) ... more research needed ...

Thanks, I’m not thinking about companies, just individuals. A neighbor called and is asking DH about this, he’s on SSI and wondering if people who don’t pay taxes, on fixed incomes or whatever, will be eligible.
I never watch it anymore. OANN, Right Side Broadcasting, Golden State Times, or the White House streams.

It was very interesting how those hospital ships were built at NASSCO dry dock in San Diego - they were each constructed from taking two supersize cargo ships and attaching them together.
Yes. I did counterdrug missions for JTF-6, we were restricted from doing certain things. We also had to ‘rename’ functions so they would be ‘legal’. The grunts that we supported had even more restrictions of this type.
