Bill Burr joked once that the show didn't have enough money in the budget to give him hair, lol
Can't imagine he would've said no to being on "Saul" unless he just couldn't find the time.
"Mr. X" is more menacing than Kuby anyway, imo.

She's never been nominated for her work on this show. She should have won best supporting actress for Season 4.
