Did you see your labs? There are some indicators in them that may be missing that would point toward Covid-19. You obviously caught something and sars -cov-2 is not the only thing that can cause your symptoms. Hope no copd! Prayers and love over to you!

Don’t know if this will help but it is an old family treatment for flu. Put half teaspoon of tea tree oil on large bowl. Have large towel ready. Pour boili g water onto the oil, about a quart. Breathe the fumes through nose if you can but vet the vapor into your bronchials. Never breathe steam just the vapor once liquid is cooling. As the liquid cools, place the towel over your head and the bowl. Prayers up
Best wishes for a speedy recovery. FYI, the latest I’ve read is that Tylenol is a better bet if you’re running a fever than aspirin or any of its NSAID cousins:
According to an announcement by the French Health Minister Olivier Veran over social media, anti-inflammatory painkiller drugs such as ibuprofen (which is also known as Motrin and Advil) and cortisone could simply make the coronavirus worse by aggravating it, CNN reported.
This announcement was made on the same day as an official announcement from the French government, which reported that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), such as ibuprofen, could result in “grave adverse effects” in those suffering from COVID-19.
Some researchers have cast doubt on this information. One such expert, University of St Andrews Infection and Global Health Division researcher Muge Cevik, wrote over Twitter that “There’s no scientific evidence I am aware of that ibuprofen [causes worse] outcomes in #COVID19.”
However, other experts argue that drugs like ibuprofen should be avoided, even if the connection isn’t fully understood. One such expert Rupert Beale, group leader in Cell Biology of Infection at the UK’s Francis Crick Institute said that “There is a good reason to avoid ibuprofen as it may exacerbate acute kidney injury brought on by any severe illness, including severe COVID-19 disease,” CNN reported.]
You definitely have my prayers for God to lift you up and restore you completely.
Sunshine, and supplements [700IU recommended daily allowance]
I'm taking a 1000IU D3, along with 800IU in a multivitamin. Some in regular food sources - milk has about 70-100IUs per 8oz glass.
There's an upper level - 4000IUs is too much [vitamin D toxicity after a while].

Prayers up. I’m surprised they won’t test you for coronavirus. Maybe they will now?
Sending prayers for a quick recovery.
God Bless and Prayers Up. I had a similar thing in February. Lasted for about six weeks. Only had mild fever for a couple of days. Just now clearing up.
I had something similar a year ago. I typically get bronchitis after a cold and have since college. Bronchitis set in about ten days after my January 2019 cold. Usually it’s a dry, hard cough, but this got a lot worse. The first Urgent Care Clinic doc said that the bronchitis going around took ON AVERAGE 12 weeks to go away. I am an average guy and at the end of the 12th week it decided to leave me. Three rounds of different antibiotics (for those opportunistic infections), two rounds of steroids, and two different inhalers. I’m not sure any of those did any good. Fortunately, I’m retired and I was able to get lots of rest and get outside as much as I could in the dead of winter.
Your case sounds awful. I hope you get better soon.
Praying for you!
Prayers up. Negative for influenza, that has to be corona virus. (Not a Doctor, dont even play one on tv. Random person on the internet) Get well soon, and think about all the positive things in your life and turn off tv news. You will beat this thing.
May the good Lord bless you with improved health and long life.

Read these aloud and pray to the Lord Jesus for healing.

Psalm 103
Remember the ill Gentile woman who had so much faith that she thought all she had to do was touch His cloak and she’d be healed? She was! (Mark 5)
I’m praying for your complete recovery and for the doctors to properly diagnose you and treat you.
