No, in epidemiology it is a fundamental distinction. Classic airborne transmission is anthrax - just the spores drifting around.

I think that one of best defenses to not getting this virus is to not read this article. The Virus is airborne. It can also be caught from surfaces.
Sure, but what I’m concerned about is spread and duration. The smaller the particle, the longer it stays airborne, and therefore the more dangerous it is, absent mechanisms of decay. But, this article stated NO airborne transmission, which is too optimistic relative to other reports. Bare virions would be even worse than droplets, of course.

But a lot of people are unconscious and not reachable. A few of them and those they infect will become unconscious permanently.
