Yesterday's thread is here: http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3823939/posts?page=1301
Rush and all the other skeptics should read Race Bannons last few posts on the previous corona thread. He gives us the science and the lab history.
Knowing the science is the key to understanding how dangerous this is. That, and where it came from, and how it got so huge.
“The DMV?...Great....folks had to wait HOURS, to catch COVID-19, from this spreader”
So just how important is it for everyone to come in to register (or inspect) their cars? Nice luxury when times are good...life risking when a virus is making the rounds.
I found a bottle of Clorox on a shelf way high up where it didn’t belong. Probably someone hiding it till later, too much stuff to carry home.
“I expected the butflubros to be trampling or getting trampled, I said nothing about stabbings.”
Not as many now. Perhaps they’re stuck in the lines at Costco?
You will die.
Andrew Cuomo is a natural leader. His father. He is only finding his role now. God bless him.
“Why are you rolling your eyes at him, about me? If anybody should be rolling their eyes, it’s me, at him about YOU!”
Photo of him in yesterday’s NY Post standing next to the guy who has it.
“Not being someone who waits for a panic to stock up may be depriving me of a better understanding regarding how they think.”
I’m guessing that they don’t think. Three weeks ago I told my family to get ready. One thought it wouldn’t get bad, the other was focused on their vacation and this wasn’t even on their mind.
I did get the one to go out and do some preps about two weeks ago. I have no idea what the other one will find (after their airplane flight) what things are like back home.
The one that did get some stuff and changed their travel plans asked me how I knew in advance. “Well - there is this website that I’m on and.....”
and a new egg. Third day in a row, one of the young hens has laid an egg. I suspect the next warm front will kick in the other two hens to start laying. Protein. I need to get to the feed store and buy some metal trash cans and chicken feed, dog food to fill them. I don't have room indoors for a bunch of 50lb bags.
I love it when young hens start laying! Their eggs are so small
Iran reports 1,365 new cases of coronavirus and 97 new deaths, raising total to 12,729 cases and 611 dead
BobL:
This is just like the advice public officials are making to have friends and family deliver supplies to the elderly.
The virus never infects friends and family—everybody knows that!
I could write a book going through the piles of lies, misinformation, disinformation, and just total garbage on the CDC and every state, county, city and local .gov CV web site.
It is a battle between the CV virus and the stupid virus—neck and neck at this point....
This is a long article about Europe:
https://www.zerohedge.com/health/covid-19-european-leaders-finally-acknowledge-scale-crisis
They buried the lead, imho, which is that Spain has followed cgbg’s advice and started _quarantining nurses and doctors_.
That is a _must do_ and a _must do now_ here and in western Europe.
That means protecting them behind a quarantined perimeter, nobody can enter without being tested, and they cannot leave into the wild.
If there are not enough tests, then no-one enters...
They must be protected....if they are not, officials cannot claim to be serious in dealing with this...
This ^ is very important to do. Thanks for posting it.
Totally inappropriate comment coming from a FReeper.
Why would you even say that?
Its's stuff like that that gives FR a black eye.

Re:837 - that is encouraging news. Thank you for posting it.
I was driving my sons Jeep, went to turn on the ignition to leave and it wouldn't start. After brief panic attack, had to open hood and jiggle battery. Thankfully started.
