Dem Dallas Mayor, Clay Jenkins, says....First person who tested positive for COVID-19 in Dallas County leaving hospital in ‘great shape’
Hmmm....this is the SAME Mayor who brought the Ebola peeps in, and then went and visited them, at their apartment.
He sure caught heck, from folks here, for doing that, back in 2014.
that pic reminds me of the visual puzzles, like find the heart in the field of clover. - find the mask in the sea of seniors
Agree on the rocket fuel angle. The 35% available is more than potent, usually thinned with distilled water for a working strength sterilant. The problem is finding a percentage solution with sufficient working time in contact with a surface, as decomposition immediately sets in.
Today, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) confirmed three cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Spokane County residents. Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) identified and contacted all those who may have come in contact with the infected individuals. They will be monitored for fever and respiratory symptoms.

Like that doctor said in Trump's press conference, it wasn't just the tests that were the problem - it was the entire system. The system worked fine for “typical” flu seasons or local outbreaks. But it wasn't designed for this big of an event. But they are quickly ramping it up to allow private industry into the system.
But just think of all of the other systems that aren't designed for this type of thing. We already see it with the firemen. If one station is at a huge fire and need help other town's can come and help fight the fire. And other departments cover the other calls.
But when 30 firefighters quickly go down due to this virus (quarantine, and now many of them are sick) - that sort of redundancy in the system starts to break down. And other systems - police, utilities, etc.
it’s Disney. Half their HQ staff are lawyers j/k?

Bayou Segnette State Park in Westwego is closed to the public, effective immediately. Because of its proximity to New Orleans, the area currently experiencing the most cases of the virus, the park is being staged as a possible overflow isolation area for suspected cases of COVID-19.

If the power goes out here, I will be pressure canning even more than I already have been :-)
Was this one in contact with the person who passed away last week?

They probably don’t want the students being in that close range, to each other....not enough social distancing :(
THIS is huge..

Grand Princess Coronavirus Cases Likely Linked To Seattle Cases
Through genetic analysis of virus samples, infectious disease detectives said Friday that the coronavirus cases that appeared on the Grand Princess cruise ship are very likely traceable back to the original Seattle case that spurred the hot spot to our north and it’s therefore likely that more Bay Area cases can be traced back to the Seattle area as well.
ICYMI, genetic sequencing has already occurred on dozens of cases in Seattle that have been traced back to the 35-year-old man being called Patient Zero though he’s surely not the only Patient Zero in the American chapter of this pandemic.
As Bloomberg reported, the man arrived back in the U.S. from Wuhan, China on January 15, and he went to an urgent-care facility on January 19 after feeling ill and seeing a CDC alert about the coronavirus. He was fully recovered by January 21, but during the six days in which he was apparently that region’s first case of COVID-19, the highly contagious pathogen infected numerous other people, and cascaded into the outbreak they have now with 37 deaths to date in Washington State and at least 570 cases.
