To that last, I say ... NO WAY! At a minimum it will be used by state and local governemnts in their usual way, not to people whose livelihoods have been impacted directly from the stay-home. Even worse, some of that money might go to special interests like Rep. Cummings wife's "non profit" which had 5 million dollars in donations from big corporations while her husband's committee chaired. Her Non-profit and her LLC shared an office and telephone number and had almost the same name. m m m m ... I wonder if there was any "sloppy" depositing into the wrong bank account?
So, will the executives be put in jail? Or will "the company" pay a fine & raise rates to compensate? Will an actual human being pay the price or just "the company"?
