This is just another sterling example of the FACT that we have a TWO TIER “justice” system. Threatening Supreme Court Justices is now an acceptable way of doing things if you are a RAT Senator, I guess. Where will the next example come from?

The Senate should censure him and strip him of all committee memberships.
In light of the suspicious death of Justice Scalia, Schumer’s threats take a dark turn, and Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh would rightfully be concerned.

Chuckie really stepped in it this time. AND he was VERY clear...Would like to see his seat flipped. Damn would that make us upstate folks happy.
It wouldn’t pass since it would require a 2/3 supermajority, but McConnell could also start a motion to expel Schumer. Impeachment does not apply to members of either house of Congress. Either house can expel a member by a 2/3 vote of that house without any other action needed.
Perhaps for you, me and any who read these pages. What is certain, however, is that our nation is lurching to the left.
What seems more likely to me than Schumer facing criminal charges is that the next time the dems have a majority in the house and 2/3d's+ of the senate, they will use their right to impeach USSC justices. Add the presidency and they will absolutely stack the court 9-0.
Does a turtle puke...or just rebuke?
