Those few people watching Hardball on MSNBC were treated to a surprise announcement the episode they were watching had been the last, and host Chris Matthews says hes retiring.
dude’s a POS and a pervert - good riddance
he’s won’t be missed, bc no one watches bullshit MSDNC.
Matthews couldn’t adjust to the Democrat/Socialist Party.
It’s off to the firing squad down in Central Park.
Didn’t Biden call him “Chuck” the other evening?
The tingle has gone...along with his mind
He supported all those liberals all those years. But give him a liberal that actually labels himself a socialist and suddenly Chris lost that tingle.
Oh wait, what are we doing here? I don’t want socialism. They’ll kill us!
The writing is on the wall and he doesn’t want to have to sit through another Trump win, which will probably be even bigger than 2016.
That was Chris Wallace he called Chuck.
Kind of sad, the way he’s being kicked out the door and down the stairs. No proper GoodBye Show.
Many years ago, Chris Matthews was worth watching. You could tell he slanted a bit left but I thought he came off pretty neutral for the most part.
But he changed - and not for the better.
Don’t forget your tingleberries Chris.
No love loss for Chris, but this seems eerily similar to the Stasi hauling people off in the middle of the night and shooting them.
“Stand up, Chuck!”
His on the air sayings were at time sexist but not worthy of being fired. There must be much more off the air that we do not know about.
I will miss him not!
Chris Matthews worked for Tip O’Neill. That crowd is long gone now. Awful lot of young blood in the Democrat party. Chris is heading off into retirement just like his contacts did two election cycles ago. The guy just stayed too long.
Calls Trump every name in the book for 3 years and makes a small comment about Comrade Bernie and is fired in a matter of days.
