I think that we should have one thread where everybody on Free Republic Can list their concerns about the Coronavirus.

It’s simply becoming too time consuming to keep up with all the different Coronavirus concern threads that keep popping up every few minutes.

This way, we can all be on the record on one thread with our concerns about the Coronavirus.

This epidemic reminds me more and more of a story I did about the West Nile virus outbreak around 2003.

Good for you.

And too bad for my wife who was knocked out cold for 4 months from West Nile. It imbed in her joints and she could not get out of bed. She had to go through additional 3 mos of physical therapy to get back to normal.

The worst of it was that her doctors misdiagnosed her for the 1st month, even though there was nothing they could do, not knowing really sucked.

So, in general, maybe it was hyped, but just be damned thankful you weren't that particular who seriously suffered it.

It is amazing how inconsiderate and unempathetic some Freepers are towards people concerned about fellow Freepers worried about getting sick.

Some constantly carp about Twitter and YouTube censoring/ suppressing speech, yet they make it their past time to hunt down and harass anyone posting a Coronavirus thread or expressing concern which has a similar effect. Some have suggested that the Coronavirus threads be banned—even tho it is a major news event.

Sorry your wife went thru that.

Sad that I am finding Twitter, Reddit and Agenda Free News has far less harassment that Free Republic.

Thanks, Freedom56v2, I appreciate your sympathy and concern. It’s easy to deny in the aggregate what hurts in the particular. Conservativism ought be concerned with the latter, as leftism always screws the former.

Now, if I can get that crazy woman back from Indonesia this week through Tokyo without contracting another designer virus, I’ll sacrifice all my sheep.
