During a campaign rally in Colorado, a 9-year-old asked Pete Buttigieg for advice about coming out as gay. The Democratic presidential candidate invited the boy on stage, where he told him, "I don't think you need a lot of advice from me on bravery."
Bunch of sickos.
kid: oh, no. I’m not gay. that’s effed up... i was just wondering how messed up you really are?
Okay not fake but exploitative.
Pretty sick imo. Bordering on abusive.
Sad to see what adults are willing to do to children to uphold their own selfish delusions.
Or anywhere near CHILDREN.
staged or not... this is sick! the whole world is sick!
reading thru the headlines.. how did this country turn into what it appears to ... i dont recognize the US ... if i were to label it... i would say “sin abounds”... lying is proper, corruption everywhere..
justice is not equal and is not blind.
all is open..on display..
Brave? No. Going on the View and saying you support our great President would be brave.
It was staged, coordinated and rehearsed. Any amateur poker player can spot the numerous bluffs.
An adult onstage reads the question, not the 9 year old.
Then Pete pretends surprise, quickly pretends at first he doesn’t know where the kid is in the audience, then spots him too quickly, and immediately CALLS HIM ONSTAGE. All this screams “phony.” (Did he call ALL the previous questioners onstage? Nope.)
Then the biggest “tell” is Buttigieg’s carefully worded, definitely not spontaneous response. It’s a scripted speech!
If the 9 year old asked about being gay, a male teacher must be abusing him...
