I’m not real sure about what that exactly means, but do notice in the plain text of the drop, it says,” Who really controls the [D] party?

What if it is the White Hats who now truly control the D party?

It looks like Q is telling us, “Ds follow orders.”
“Ds are controlled.” In this case, Q might be telling us that the White Hats are the ones controlling the D party, and is telling us, "We, the Patriots, have this."

Notice something else.

Count the Ds in the brackets in the entire drop.

That’s right - I count 5 of them too.

There were three [D]s in the December portion, but today, Q added two more!

I was also noticing how Dave on X22Report makes a big point of “brackets and bold”. When he reads Q drops, he always says “in brackets and bold” when that is in the drop. If I didn’t think it was meaningful, I would find it annoying. I think he is working to call attention to that - as if it didn’t call enough attention to itself already.

I skimmed through the drops and I’m not seeing any bold without brackets or brackets without bold. (Maybe there, but if so I’ve missed it on a quick skim.)

Recent drops contain odd bracketed/bolded items. And - it seems to me -more of them.

If we’re not meant to understand them, my top guess would be messages to operatives... Or to enemies. Or both.

Because the DS had infiltrated most/all of the intel agencies, if there was some code common among them, both the DS and the patriots from those agencies would know the code. ... or have the tools to decode it.
