Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I was also noticing how Dave on X22Report makes a big point of “brackets and bold”. When he reads Q drops, he always says “in brackets and bold” when that is in the drop. If I didn’t think it was meaningful, I would find it annoying. I think he is working to call attention to that - as if it didn’t call enough attention to itself already.
I skimmed through the drops and I’m not seeing any bold without brackets or brackets without bold. (Maybe there, but if so I’ve missed it on a quick skim.)
Recent drops contain odd bracketed/bolded items. And - it seems to me -more of them.
If we’re not meant to understand them, my top guess would be messages to operatives... Or to enemies. Or both.
Because the DS had infiltrated most/all of the intel agencies, if there was some code common among them, both the DS and the patriots from those agencies would know the code. ... or have the tools to decode it.
