thanks, 21. I have a old pair of muck boots I could use as outdoor shoes and keep outside the mud room. They’re old friends to bleach. Maybe plastic rain booties to go over regular shoes? I wonder if those paperfabric overalls like for painting would be good enough with clothes underneath? Sure looks like the washing machine is going to get a good workout now that I’ll be washing my pillowcase 2x a week. And clothes and dog beds and everything else that will fit in there! Not that I’m overly concerned but I am in SoCal and a bit more at risk than say someone living in rural South Dakota :)
I also wonder, how true is THE STAND as to an American response?
The more time goes on lately, the more I agree with China’s response to their own people and quarantine, that clearly means they are scared to death of this thing and their belligerence in enforcing the quarantine might have been the smart move.
Politics plays a role - of course it does.
Chicoms lie all the time if it's to their advantage - of course they do.
But the major reason the numbers are wrong is simply fog of war. I could very well be tasked with doing our numbers in three-six months, and if the situation on my town was the situation in Wuhan, accurate numbers would be the last thing on earth I'd be worried about.
I’ve always found right angles to be more asthetically pleasing than some others. There are 7 or 10 threads on this topic 9year. So if you’re dissatisfied with the information I’ve given you links to and tried to help you with, perhaps if you can go back and find something recent and different that I’ve missed or misunderstood, then please post a link! We’re all here to learn, right?
Under Britain’s Pandemic Influenza Response Plan, protocols are set for ensuring the isolation and treatment of patients for “the first few 100 cases” in order to gather detailed information about a new virus.
But a new attempt to control the virus’ spread may be implemented after a series of high-level meetings between health officials.
***Senior managers have been told that the NHS could stop testing patients once around 100 cases have been confirmed across the country if there is evidence of “sustained community transmission” within the UK, The Sunday Telegraph reports.***
These are cases not linked to any known or previously identified cases.
I’m just going to ignore and unwarranted, patronizing posts to me. Thank you.
You’re acting like one on *this* thread, though.
Wow. Thanks for that.
doesn’t that sound like a girl wrote that? I was waiting for the part that said, please send my Nigerian prince friend some money so he can transfer all my money to you lolol
