The shark keeps getting longer every time the story is posted.

Thank you for the relief.

Your posts are always sober on this topic. You've noted many times that the increase in these sorts of sightings is what's happens when you move food sources close to mankind, or when mankind creeps closer to their home.

As such, can you please comment on this paragraph - specifically, how wise is it to swim after a Great White? I understand, they're all not bloodthirsty, eat-anything machines. But they're also not guppies.

“The shark had no interest in anybody,” Cocci said. “She came back two more times, and that enabled me to get the video. I had to swim my butt off to try to keep up with her.”

Down here , we are aware of him. He comes down the East coast, goes into the Gulf, then heads back up the east coast in the Spring. He has cruised around fishermen, etc, giving people great photos, but hasn’t bothered anyone.

“‘Massive’ 20-foot-long great white shark off Florida coast leaves scuba divers in awe”

Say, what was that brown streak following those divers?

We can learn so much from Sharks.

They’re working on electric cars now.

5,000 mile range.

Just got off the phone with shark biologist John Chisholm Who does the white shark data base.

He told me two interesting things.

In the interview with the diver photographer , he was told the shark was a foot longer than the 14 foot boat transom, makin it about 15 feet long , not the exaggerated length used by the press.

John's search of the female white shark data base indicates no match, so it is considered a new shark. -Tom

a group of scuba divers encountered a once-in-a-lifetime experience – a great white shark

Sometimes also known as an end-of-a-lifetime experience.
