Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

That plenary power is truly and rightly, PLENARY. That is to not be influenced or dictated to by any other sovereign government. Yes, each state can assign electors as they see fit BUT they cannot reject the will of their own people and toss them over for the will of another state’s citizens. So, no, that is no longer a Republican form of government.
In that manner, they become (a) tyrannical in their (local) sovereignty and (b) given-over to an outside sovereignty. The State is no longer sovereign and thereby GIVES UP ITS PLENARY POWER. Catch-22.

It was notable in the Kavanaugh hearing that civilians can be found Enemy Combatants, thereby subject to loss of constitutional protections reserved for citizen civilians. The “Hamby Case” was cited by then nominee,
Justice Kavanaugh, in response to an inquiry from Graham.
The caveat included was, however, that they are “found to be cooperating with an enemy”, against America.
I would say SOROS Globalism is behind this collapsing of America and that he buys outcomes that normal Americans hardly recognize and as civilians can not overcome. This should apply as being an Enemy of America, and permit a sweep up of the gloating guilty. But, with the understanding that political semantics can be played by both sides, in a post-Christian era. Any political action is game for being called an Enemy of America and can sweep up the like minded.
