Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

Perhaps. But I think the question is of interest to readers of Q, who presumably knows the name of the CIA OP and might have tipped us off (doing so in the usual cryptic way that does not violate the law).
If there is a trial of Brennan in the future, it may oome out then.
Incidentally, I think the "Insurance policy" was the FISA app itself, giving them some sort of "Legal" cover (they hoped) for their actions in case she didn't win.
With Brennan and O maybe the name is a Muslim one.
Should we explore the concept that ALL TREASON should be, necessarily, tried in Military Courts?
I think there are arguments on both sides. One side (CON) will point to many of the actors being civilians, not uniformed soldiers.
Another side (PRO) would point out that we are still under a declaration of war (And, not forgetting that John Brennan is a Muslim).
Last, but not least, there are those that say the UCMJ is intended ONLY for Americans (while, at the same, time saying the Constitution is for citizens of the world).

I’m with you. Something in my head all morning has told me Stozk and Brennan were a team. Comey was the narcissist dupe for glory, but Stozk was far and away more active and vicious. Perfect for Brennan.
So was Strzok turned an active CIA op, embedded for coordinated action inside FBI, which means Obama was in on this, or truly too stupid to recognize the depths of the cross pollination of departments and of course aided by 5 Eyes, and of course Hillary, Hillary Campaign, Perkins Coui, Fusion GPS, foreign operatives.

Why would dozens, maybe hundreds, of people KNOWINGLY commit CAPITAL crimes, in order to prevent SOMETHING ELSE from being investigated???

One of the justifications for the use of military tribunals would be if the civil justice system was not functioning, or had become too corrupted to administer true justice.
The biased trials of Flynn, Stone and others, the corruption of the DOJ/FBI/CIA/DOD (and every other alphabet agency) certainly illustrate that lack of functioning. Add in the corruption of the MSM, academia, entertainment, the whole high-tech industry, state and local governments, etc., etc., -- the whole damn culture is corrupted. Yes, this is going to get much uglier.
To execute this will be an unlawful amendment to the Constitution. CinC can actually send in USMarines andMarshals to make arrests. OPTICS: Entire Legislatures being frog-marched.
This is pandering to the "John Brown wing of the left".
