I have a friend who is 60+ who is a 9 all day.
Another who is 55 and probably the hottest woman I have ever met.
SI is going to die very quickly as no one pays attention to them anymore.

Although I do agree with this, the swimsuit edition was never about ‘who you are’......it was ALWAYS about ‘what you look like’. My husband used to buy the swimsuit edition, but hasn’t for several years. Looks like this year won’t include a purchase either. (I enjoyed the swimsuit edition, too. The body painted models were always interesting)

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue used to be a bright spot between the Super Bowl and pitchers and catchers reporting, but that was years ago, when Christie Brinkley, Paulina Married-The-Cars-Guy and Kathie Ireland were still young and hot. Now it’s just an opportunity to virtue-signal and pretend that obese women, old women and men dressed as women might be of interest to most men.
