Well, I don't know for certain, but I would think that Trump is somewhat following Mike Pence's practice of never being alone with anyone who could conceivably cause this sort of trouble.
The Dems can make a wild claim that something happened in the 1990s, or something, but "getting" the president on a sexual scandal in the past few years seems very unlikely to me. He is no fool.

I suspect this.
- House will subpoena John Bolton
- Trump will bar that, citing executive privilege.
- Case will head to court, taking a couple of years to reach SCOTUS
- Dems in House will scream “OBSTRUCTION!” again and vote new impeachment articles.

To hitchhike on your idea: RBG has been incapacitated and wants out of SCOTUS, but Dems will fight to prevent an impeached president in his (Biden Rule) last year of a term to nominate and stop the Senate from confirming ACB.
They will start a move in the House to impeach Pompeo. It will be over his treatment of a reporterette. She will go to several shrinks, who will all say she’s been driven insane by it.
The premise will be that Pompeo violated the 1st Amendment. That will supposedly clear the way to go after DJT on the same basis: he drove the waifs in the press insane by abusing them and calling them names.
They are already pushing “cover-up”.
