Children are being targeted and sold for sex in America every day.John Ryan, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
There can only be one winner emerging from this years Super Bowl LIV showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, but the biggest losers will be the hundreds of young girls and boyssome as young as 9 years oldwho will be bought and sold for sex during the course of the big game.
Its common to refer to this evil practice, which has become the fastest growing business in organized crime and the second most-lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns as child sex trafficking, but what were really talking about is rape.
Adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the United States.
Its not just young girls who are vulnerable to these predators, either.
According to a USA Today investigative report, boys make up about 36% of children caught up in the U.S. sex industry (about 60% are female and less than 5% are transgender males and females).
Consider this: every two minutes, a child is exploited in the sex industry.
In Georgia alone, it is estimated that 7,200 men (half of them in their 30s) seek to purchase sex with adolescent girls each month, averaging roughly 300 a day.
On average, a child might be raped by 6,000 men during a five-year period.
It is estimated that at least 100,000 childrengirls and boysare bought and sold for sex in the U.S. every year, with as many as 300,000 children in danger of being trafficked each year. Some of these children are forcefully abducted, others are runaways, and still others are sold into the system by relatives and acquaintances.
Child rape has become Big Business in America.

As I said before, I believe Etan Patz and Johnny Gosuch both were kidnapped for Pedophilia. In my college sociology class we had to visit Times Square and help runaways. My friend and I were threatened and one boy we were trying to help was found dead. Let’s say that he was missing a few parts...Sick people...
I don’t think that is true that it is mostly media types or celebrities.
I’ll bet if you surveyed it, you would probably find celebrities are a minor portion overall, and the media types (while more in number than celebrities) probably a bit more, but still a significant minority.
The vast majority of Super Bowl attendees are simply fans who have money and a willingness to spend it, in my (admittedly sparse) Super Bowl attendance experience. (I only went to one of them, and didn’t have tickets to go inside)
Fake news
No I don’t think it is fake at all.
The article references that children are sold to Super Bowl fans.
This article is not the only one relative to this and what appears to be a
sick problem, that is an estimate of 2.5 million children per year are sold for sex.
If that is correct it would amount to close to 300 per hour?
In the same vein Jaayco Boyens, a guest on Mark Levin’s TV program last year
made this statement.
This thing is so sick, Mark, you could almost order a child as you order pizza
you like cheese, I like pepperoni, etc., etc., Booyens concluded. The audience
may be shocked, but this is a fact.

As excited as Barry got over the basketball finals just think how much perversion profiteering must be tied to basketball.
Rescue the kids; end those who pimp them out.
Yeah, that caught my attention, too. Ironic, huh?
According to the "experts" many of those in prison were abused as children.
Life is short and then we die. There must be a "special place" in Hell for those that harm children.!
Wisconsin just busted a human trafficking ring in rural northern Wisconsin. At least 12 arrests and many youngsters rescued.
Guess who the perps were.
ILLEGALS from Honduras. Yep. *SPIT*
Build that effing WALL and lock us all IN. Enough, already!
Congress? You have one job. ONE JOB!
P.S. Thank you, President Trump for your work on illegals an trafficking. More, Please!
If we had a mandatory death penalty for this crime, it would get rid of some of these criminals.
....
And do it immediately following the trial. In the public square with TV cameras rolling.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The truth about child abuse is truly sickening.
Yet - as others have pointed out - Linking this deviancy to the Super Bowl was NOT helpful.
It unnecessarily brought out the deniers.
Sexual abuse of minors is a serious problem, but this article is too much like how feminists used the Super Bowl to publicize spousal abuse.
The article references that children are sold to Super Bowl fans.
How many and are they fans of other things as well? The article provides no evidence to support its headline.
Is the Super Bowl a human-trafficking magnet?
The link between the Super Bowl and trafficking has been debated for years. News reports in the past warned that the influx of crowds increased sex trafficking. But Polaris and others say no evidence supports a causal relationship between the two.
All true, but linking it to the Super Bowl is just ludicrous, stupid, and other negative comments.

Definitely not a good way to reach people.
Remember all the claims about Superbowl wife-beating?
I’m not familiar with “Bagpipes Barr”, but it has a funny ring to it. “Nothing” means nothing he’s willing to dig into. Barr is better than most in Washington, but that bar is pretty low.

I see you had to resort to CNN, aka FAKE NEWS, to make your argument. That’s so sad.

Maybe they should try this to reach people:
Miami unveils campaign to crack down on human trafficking ahead of Super Bowl 2020

Miami law enforcement agencies are using the upcoming Super Bowl to call attention to South Floridas human trafficking problem.
At a downtown Metromover station Wednesday, the Super Bowl host committee, Miami-Dade state attorney, federal officials from the U.S. Attorneys office, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security, and representatives from the Womens Fund unveiled a campaign against human trafficking ahead of the big game in February 2020.
Advertisements reading See It. Snap It. Send It, Not What You Think, and Buy Sex. Be Exposed around the station encourage the public to report suspicious behavior to a newly formed hotline (305-FIX-STOP) by calling or texting. Billboards, bus shelter ads and social media messaging will be rolling out in the coming months.
Oliver G. Gilbert III, the mayor of Miami Gardens, where the game will be held at the Hard Rock Stadium, said every level of government is united with one message for those who come to visit: We are not for sale.
“At least not in as big of numbers this reporter is reporting.”
Well, the author is lumping in every 16-17 year old runaway/drug addict who gets into prostitution with pre-pubescent sex abuse victims to get the inflated numbers.
Nope, life without parole....it will be MORE than miserable for them, other prisoners HATE child molesters!!!
Re:
I don’t get why a group would continue to simply make up numbers about a serious issue. 6000 over 5 years is 3.5 encounters per day, that’s a lot of transactions to hide. Even among the illegals who are the biggest traffickers, that’s too much to hide.
And contradicted in the same press release. A more likely (and still horrible) 2.5 million encounters with up to 100,000 victims gives an encounter every other week on average.
We need to shut down these traffickers, but we also need to not make up contradictory numbers
(Always verify the source.)

(Snip):
Major events that draw tens of thousands of people such as the Super Bowl have become hubs for sex trafficking, which Miami officials said Wednesday that they are determined to snuff out for this seasons event.
Federal and local law enforcement officials launched an initiative aimed at raising awareness of the problem and attempting to enlist regular people to report suspected sex trafficking activity, which often involves children as young as 12.
The Super Bowl will be played Feb. 2 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, but dozens of party-atmosphere events surround the contest itself all of which present opportunities for sex trafficking and prostitution.
“We’re not going to tolerate the sexual exploitation of our children and our youth,” Katherine Fernandez Rundle, the Miami-Dade state attorney, said at a news conference.
“We are really ready to head this off,” she added.
The Miami effort will include ads including a “creepy guy” poster bearing the words: “Buy Sex. Be Exposed.” That and other ads will appear on buses, in social media, on billboards, at mass transit stations and many other places.
The plan includes a 24-hour phone number people can call or text to report suspicious behavior: 305-FIX-STOP.
“Sex trafficking is a big deal,” Miami U.S. Attorney Ariana Fajardo Orshan said. “We have no problem going after the most difficult cases.”

Authorities say Miami-Dade County ranks first in sex trafficking in Florida, which in turn ranks third in the nation. About 40% of victims are children and most of the rest are young adults between 18 and 23 years old.
Federal statistics show that some victims are sold for sex up to 20 times a day. A trafficker can make between $150,000 and $200,000 a year for each person they sell for sex.
Kathy Andersen, executive director of The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, said sex trafficking is a chronic problem that the Super Bowl helps bring to greater attention.
The Super Bowl does one thing for us it gives us a platform to make noise, she said. This is just the start of it.
