Well, just got back from the doc and he says it is esophageal cancer and I will be facing one or more surgeries, chemo and whatknot--
Our prayers are with you and family. You are not alone. I am a colon cancer and liver cancer survivor but you have joined the ac club. (After cancer discovery). It means you are on a different path, but only God knows what that path is. In my case, it is a better path in many ways because my focus has changed to where it needs to be.
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I lift up Bender2 in prayer, knowing that Your Word declares, that You are the LORD who heals all our diseases, and that Your Name is above every name that is named, in Heaven and Earth and under the Earth, and that at the Name of Jesus, every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that He is LORD, to the glory of God the Father. Now LORD we bring Bender2 before You, with that diagnosis whose name is cancer, and we thank You that Jesus is LORD over cancer, that His Name is above that name cancer, and that at the Name of Jesus, cancer must bow the knee, and confess that Jesus is LORD and confess that Jesus is LORD over it. We praise You and worship You for the power to heal that You have, and we thank You in advance for what You are going to do on behalf of our FRiend. Meet every need Bender has, body, soul and spirit, we pray, in Jesus Name, amen.

Bender, my friend, there have been many advancements in the treatment of your condition. I have a good friend who, eight years ago was stage IV esophageal cancer. He is doing quite well after his treatments and is actually still living a normal life. Be positive. Be strong. May God bless you with the means and will to fight until this is healed.

I’m so sorry you’ve had this discouraging news, but let me encourage you if you haven’t already to make Jesus the Lord of all your life, eternally and presently, and He will give you grace and peace beyond comprehension to face this battle. You’re in my prayers.

Bender I have survived 2 different types of cancer the treatments today are quite amazing they also NOW have experimental treatments that are available if you sign the waiver to receive them!! I have to warn you however the treatments are NO PICNIC and you are going to feel just AWFUL!! FORCE yourself to get up and go out for walks ect. no matter how AWFUL you feel force yourself your mental health is FAR MORE IMPORTANT at this time!!! You have to mentally NOT be in a depressed state and anything you can do to prevent that DO IT!! If you fish or hunt have a hobby that you LOVE just DO IT!! Your mental state IS going to help with the terrible effects of the treatments!!! GOD BLESS the ONLY really nasty cancers that are tough to beat today are Pancreatic, and brain so you CAN beat this!!!
