A beautiful speech! Classic Trump. He spoke from his heart with many pauses for very enthusiastic applause from the crowd. There were tens of thousands at the Rally at Washington Monument where he spoke. There are an additional tens of thousands in nearby streets ready to begin the march from the White House to the Supreme Court building.

I have been several times but was unable to attend this year. I remember one year in particular when I saw fewer than 20 uniformed police. There was a small group on horseback away from the crowds, just chatting with each other. The others were directing traffic at intersections which they opened to cars periodically. 200,000 and no need for police. It is an upbeat, positive crowd.

So instead of moving on to the 2nd article of impeachment, as anticipated, House Democrats continue their presentation of the 1st. Three days in a row, trying to prove a phone call that some viewed as "perfect," others as innocuous, is an impeachable High Crime. #ImpeachmentTrial
