Definitely prayers for the affected. As to suspected or alleged, it depends on whether they are transgender tornadoes.

So terribly sad to think we never had tornadoes until man started using petroleum products or cows started farting.
We’ve just got to enact the Green New Deal in order for life to go on.

Lots of powerful straight line winds. Power out here so dont know if tornadoes are hitting the ground on eastern part of state.

My son lives in Wetumpka and I asked him a few minutes ago about any active tornadoes in his area and he said no.
Lots of power outages. Ours blinked but came right back on.

We're in Chambers County. My step-daughter said the tornado siren went off in Lafayette about the same time they put up a warning. And brother, did it ever get dark out there. Wind, thunder, lightning, sideways rain, plague of locusts, the whole Biblical thing. The power flickered several times. I huddled here in my den with a couple of our cats, and had the CB, police scanner, NOAA weather radio, the works on, but it was as quiet as a church on the air, aside from the NOAA radio.

The big news story of the week in CT turned into a flop. 3 inches of fresh powder.
Was supposed to be 7 days of winter weather, but the forecast is now for autumn. And I’m 30 miles from the coast, away from the milder shoreline temperature.
Perhaps winter begins Feb 1, giving me 4 weeks of winter. Maybe
