On Tuesday, attorneys for Michael Flynn filed a sentencing memorandum and letters of support for the former Army lieutenant general in federal court. The sentencing memorandum reveals for the first time concrete evidence that the FBI created multiple 302 interview summaries of Flynn’s questioning by now-former FBI agent Peter Strzok and a second unnamed agent, reported to be FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka.
Further revelations may be forthcoming soon following an order entered late yesterday by presiding judge Emmet Sullivan, directing the special counsel’s office to file with the court any 302s or memorandum relevant to Flynn’s interview.

37 frickin’ bombshells later, Flynn is going to do several months of time. What a travesty.
Any case Peter Strzok touched is big-time tainted.
Any good lawyer should be able to get their client acquitted or any conviction overturned.
Strzok is a dangerous sociopath who never should have been allowed in law enforcement.
There goes that word again. I don’t think they know what it means.
They are not going to do anything about it. There is no justice in America anymore.
Just Epstein (he didn't hang himself).

That’s why they don’t record these interviews....recordings are harder to doctor than a 302....

Epstein doesn’t count. Hanging Epstein is one of the things someone should hang for.
The joke going around the other night, was that Ricky Jervais wasn’t planning on suicide. It was a tongue in cheek attempt at keeping him alive.
Maybe we should spread the same rumor about Michael Flynn.
I think that’s a typo. It was right there on the Federalist today, after the thread about Epstein and decadent corruption of the elites. If it’s the right date, it further highlights everyone’s impatience and frustration with “major bombshells”. But I don’t think it is. Why would the federalist be touting an article from the morgue? They don’t have anything current?
It appears Pientka is as bad.
The date of publication is clearly December 13, 2018.
