LOL! Speaking of football...these players are the last of the elementary school classes allowed to play dodgeball. When they are gone, the Flag Football League will be taking over. Too much “toxic masculinity” in the arenas don’tcha know. Colin will sing the Star Spangled Banner during opening ceremonies. Nice distraction, Impy. Thanks. The Lions still SUCK.
Bender picks reposted in the new thread
You missed the scintillating match-up of Colts and Jag-offs!
<<<<<,,Anywho, this is the final regular games of the season and as such, here are my dead solid picks—
The Browns dominate their Ohio mates, tossing TCU North further down the well—
Big’s Pattcheaters blast the Phin as they surely have more than enough film on them to clinch a win—
Da Bears at Da Viqueens. Sorry, Imp, Thor’s Tack Hammer falls on yours and small band-aids may be required—
My Old Dallas Texans tune up on the de-charged Bolts—
Beasley’s Bills smash the joyless Jets—
Big’s Packer Wackers get a semi-bye at the Loinchops—
The Ain’ts dine on Panther meat—
The Falcons feast on Bucking Ears—
The Iggles don’t miss a lick hammering my Boys’ ego by beating the Jersey Jints—
Allegra’s Texicans lay down the law to Allegra’s Old Earlers—
While I do not have a wiff of confidence my Boys will do squat Sunday, I just cannot being myself to pick the Deadskins—
Baltimore keeps on trucking right over the Stoolers—
Denver’s Mile High Ponies go out on with a bang over the Waiders—
The Rams keep their cool and slap down Aris Zona—
The Farty Niners win, then leave a bad, bad smell up in Seathugsland—<<<<<<<<<<
Anyway, I’m hoping the Vikings don’t try too hard since they are locked in the 6 seed anyway.
Go Packers...Matt LaFluer for Coach of the year...
Forgot the College Bowl picks:
Everything is just peachy for LSU
OSU has a Fiesta in AZ
The home state Gators squeeze UVA in the Orange Bowl
Super bowl predictions.
Mine
Niners v ravens
I dunno considering how some had the Seahawks predictions as 3rd or 4th in the division, with nobody picking more than 7 wins, and accomplishing what they did with so many player losses this season, including the fact that they have had an absolutely abysmal pass rush ALL SEASON LONG (Reed out first 6 games, has not really contributed since. Ziggy has still done nothing and is not back up to weight after his injury last year. Clowney has had 1 good game, and is suffering from a Core Injury and had the flu). Pete has been overlooked time and again for COTY I think he should get it this year. Likewise, I think John Schneider should get GMOTY for stealing Clowney, Quandrey Diggs, and Flash Gordon, and paying virtually nothing for any of them then capping it off by bringing Marshawn Lynch back for a swan song.
thanks... copy and pasted wasted...
browns... bears.... brady....
thanks
even the bmore backups will play well to beat the steelers...
baltimore always plays to beat the steelers... even when they aren’t playing the steelers...
Happy New Year to All of You !

However statistically, the face-off of the actual two best teams (unofficial "Super Bowl") will be Ravens v. Pats.

SF has all tiebreakers over GB, N.O.
GB has all tiebreakers over N.O.
BONUS: Top level of college football Rankings and Playoff Predictions:
Top Teams (statistically)
1 Ohio St.
2 Clemson
3 Alabama (should have been ranked in the top four0
4 LSU
5 Oregon
6 OK
7 Notre Dame
Tomorrow’s Clemson v. Ohio St. is the REAL championship game - the two best teams in college football. Ohio St. should take it.
Lowdown: Ohio St Offense: #1 scoring, 6th in passing, 6th in the run
Lowdown: Clemson Defense:#1 scoring, 1st v. the pass, 8th v. the run
Lowdown: Clemson Offense: #4 scoring, 9th in passing, 1st in the run
Lowdown: Ohio St Defense: #3 scoring, 2nd v. the pass, 6th v. the run
Game Plan: Ohio St. should mostly run b/c of Clemson’s first place pass defense.
Game Plan: Clemson should mostly run b/c of Clemson’s first place running offense and Ohio State’s second place pass defense.
What will probably happen: In playoff/championship games all the media hype and commentators can talk about is the quarterbacks and teams tend to believe the hype. Also, teams get nervous in playoff/championship games and feel they MUST pass to stay in the game, so they’ll both probably pass a lot. But the smarter team will run more.
Ohio St. should take it.
Championship Game Prediction:
Ohio State beats LSU.
You heard it here first...Enjoy.
Green Bay
Cleveland
Minnesota
Kansas City
New England
Buffalo
New Orleans
Atlanta
Dallas
Indianapolis
L.A. Rams
Denver
Philadelphia
Houston
Baltimore
Seattle
Wonder how New England is feeling about trading that QB?
I guess since they won superbowl immediately afterwords it’s hard to say it was a bad move.
And Brady still plans on playing another 3 years.
And there was no guarantee he was gonna be very good and he was too expensive to have just sitting around.
But he would have been the future.
Hey Impy, is there some kind of College Bowl thread going on that you know of? Love to share this one-of-a-kind stuff on that thread.
