Canadian Broadcasting Corporation has removed a cameo scene featuring an appearance from Donald Trump in its broadcast of the film Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.
A 10-second cameo scene in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York — which shows Donald Trump giving Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Culkin) directions to the hotel lobby — has been removed by Canadian Broadcaster Corporation (CBC).
“Excuse me, where’s the lobby?” asks the Home Alone 2 character Kevin McCallister in the film.
“Down the hall and to the left,” responds Donald Trump.

Unbelievable that it offends their sensibilities so much, to see Trump in a tiny role in a movie.
So I think the BBC, CBC, NHK (Japan) and other foreign news broadcasters become chummy with the American journalists.
So if those foreign Washington correspondents don't toe the Anti-Trump party line, then they are dissed and kicked off the cocktail hour circuit and they don't want to lose that face, not to mention the home office will probably fire them.

As I recall, Ronald Reagan’s films could not be shown during the campaign (there were a lot fewer cable stations back then) but this isn’t even an American network.
