My theory: There's a certain pecking order in the broadcast industry.  The NY Slimes, Washington Compost, MSNBC, and CNN have a certain cache because a lot of news comes out of Washington and the States.

So I think the BBC, CBC, NHK (Japan) and other foreign news broadcasters become chummy with the American journalists.

So if those foreign Washington correspondents don't toe the Anti-Trump party line, then they are dissed and kicked off the cocktail hour circuit and they don't want to lose that face, not to mention the home office will probably fire them.

You're dealing with the Deep Media.

Yeah, deep media with tentacles that reach far abroad. They are all cut from the same liberal cloth and some foreign media are more radical than others, e.g., the BBC. Briton is secular, except for providing prayer rugs to bow to Islam (the new Dhimmi). They are all vicious and deceitful.
