All except at the Superdome. It’s always sold out. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s 72k plus screaming drunks in there.

For selfish reasons I assure you. If my beloved Chiefs beat the Bears and the Chargers, and the Bills beat the Pats then the Chiefs have a by week and home field advantage for at least the first playoff game.
Hey, who made the underboobs go away? It was her most endearing quality.

No, actually somebody exclaimed that 216 was the sum of some dark kind of something. I was tired of it also. I wanted people to know me as “Jim”. I wanted JimRob to just change it to my name Jim Newell, but I’m an Assistant DA and the District Attorney is a flaming Leftist so I didn’t want that to boomerang back on me. So this is what I ended up with.

Houston at Tampa Bay 1:00 pm NFL Network Raymond James Stadium The Texans seem to be on a mini-roll. And Jameis Winston has been on a tear - he is in a contract year - throwing for over nine hundred yards the past two games. But he's also good for at least a couple of picks. Texans.
Buffalo at New England 4:30 pm NFL Network Gillette Stadium Now we shall see. The Pats offense has simply been anemic. And while the Bills O is not a juggernaut either, their defense should shut down Brady and Company. Bills.
L.A. Rams at San Francisco 8:15 pm NFL Network Levi's Stadium Despite losing to Atlanta last week - the Falcons are very talented after all - I still believe in the Niners. Niners.
Sunday, December 22, 2019
Jacksonville at Atlanta 1:00 pm FOX Mercedes-Benz Stadium Yes the Falcons are inconsistent but Jacksonville is in a state of absolute turmoil. Falcons.
New Orleans at Tennessee 1:00 pm FOX Nissan Stadium Roll on Saints roll on. Saints.
N.Y. Giants at Washington 1:00 pm FOX FedEx Field Now here's the match-up we have all been waiting for! In Eli's home swansong the G-Men showed some life. And the Redskins.... no. Giants.
Pittsburgh at N.Y. Jets 1:00 pm CBS MetLife Stadium The Jets are not the Bills... Steelers.
Cincinnati at Miami 1:00 pm CBS Hard Rock Stadium Another marquis match-up! But the Phish are really not that bad. Not Bengals bad. Dolphins.
Carolina at Indianapolis 1:00 pm FOX Lucas Oil Stadium The Colts playoff hopes died in New Orleans. But Carolina is another team twisting in the wind. Colts.
Baltimore at Cleveland 1:00 pm CBS FirstEnergy Stadium Will the Ravens make it eleven in a row? They somehow lost to the Browns - badly! - back in September. Lot of things have changed since then. And the Browns.... on the verge of disintegrating. Ravens.
Oakland at L.A. Chargers 4:05 pm CBS Dignity Health Sports Park The Raiders laid an egg in their farewell to Oakland. But the Chargers ... they got off on the wrong foot this season and never recovered. But a visit from the Raiders is just what the doctor ordered. Chargers.
Detroit at Denver 4:05 pm CBS Empower Field at Mile High Two teams headed in the same direction - nowhere. But the Broncos are playing better. Broncos.
Arizona at Seattle 4:25 pm FOX CenturyLink Field A must-win for Seattle if they want to hold on to the conference Number 1 seed. Thankfully, it's against the Cardinals. Seahawks.
Dallas at Philadelphia 4:25 pm FOX Lincoln Financial Field The game for the NFC Least title! Cowboys looked great last week - where has that team been all season? But it would be just like them to drop this one wouldn't it? Still, Philly is so devastated by injuries on offense... Gotta go with the Boys. Cowboys.
Kansas City at Chicago 8:20 pm NBC Soldier Field Don't see how the Bears can score enough to keep up with the Chiefs. Unless there's a blizzard. Chiefs.
Monday, December 23, 2019
Green Bay at Minnesota 8:15 pm ESPN U.S. Bank Stadium The Packers have managed to get to 11 - 3 ... mainly on the strength of Aaron Rodgers. But they have had a coupe of very bad losses - San Diego (?!) and San Francisco. But the Vikings are not a 'San' team and I still cannot get behind Kirk Cousins. Prove me wrong Kirk! Packers.
Good luck to everyone.
And I wish you All the Merriest of Christmases! Peace on Earth, Goodwill Toward Men! And Women!
