All of the psychotropic drugs make the users more (much more) susceptible to suggestion, and hypnotic suggestion. That is their purpose; to assist behavior modification, with or without hypnotic suggestion.

Google searches turn up article with varying percentages from 16% to over 25%, numbers from 40 Million to 80 million, of people in the USA using psychiatric drugs. I don't know why the differences, but even the low numbers are too many.

Although impeachment proceedings may continue from one Congress to the next, the authority of the managers appointed by the House expires at the end of a Congress; and managers must be reappointed when a new Congress convenes. Manual Sec. 620.

Managers on the part of the House are reappointed by resolution. Manual Sec. 604; Deschler Ch 14 Sec. 4.2.

Thus, the articles of impeachment against Judge Alcee Hastings were presented in the Senate during the second session of the 100th Congress (100-2, Aug. 3, 1988, p 20223) but were still pending trial by the Senate in the 101st Congress, when the House reappointed managers (101-1, Jan. 3, 1989, p 84).

The articles of impeachment against President Clinton were presented to the Senate after the Senate had adjourned sine die for the 105th Congress, and the Senate conducted the trial in the 106th Congress. Manual Sec. 620.

That answers a bunch of questions I had.
the Manual 620 cite is the Jefferson Manual, and it states, `An impeachment is not discontinued by the dissolution of parliament but may be resumed by the new parliament. and the Clinton house managers also cited Pickering, Louderback, and Hastings as precedent for continuing to the next congress.

I wonder if the House, having sole power of impeachment, could recall articles of impeachment?

Yugoslavia was a nation with royalty? I thought it was a creation of Tito. Before WW1, it was divided between Austria-Hungary and the Turks. After WW1, I think they created a bunch of independent states. Whatever they were between the wars, I doubt the allies set up new monarchies in the wake of WW1. But I don't remember specifically.

After WW I Yugoslavia was created ((Land of the South Slavs), an amalgamation of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia/Herzegovina, Montenegro & Macedonia. It officially lasted until 2003 (Though in 2003 it was only Serbia & Montenegro.) Serb dominated throughout its existence, when it was a kingdom it used the Serbian royalty.
