Today’s Cryptogram

You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.

Easy one for a change
Words that frequently come up seen in this puzzle.
Words #1, #8, for sure
EZ, but I’d have to look up the middle initial.
The contraction followed by a single letter word gives away the third word, and after that it’s mostly just typing.
2 min, get the contraction.
Took about a minute
It’s like parking on the driveway and driving on the parkway...
I’m not attuned to looking for #8....ABCDB. Got me to thinking....
Tense, terse, dense, fence, thigh, prior, aging, skunk, union, start....
