there is nothing tame about homosexuality- it is a very destructive sinful lifestyle which is an abomination in the sight of the Lord- Many gay people end up with aids, end up killing themselves, end up with severe mental issues, end up costing tax payers billions of dollars a year to treat their health problems, put everyone at risk of aids or other communicable diseases from friends (ie gay person greeting family with a kiss spreads herpes), family, hospital workers, health care workers, people who share needles- etc etc etc and there is nothing tame about a channel celebrating such a destructive lifestyle-

There’s plenty to be outraged about on television (and even more so on the internet), with a lot of material that I think is inappropriate for children. But these advertisements seem awfully tame compared to a lot of what is out there.

So the question becomes, where do we draw the line on this sort of thing?

Maybe this is tame because of how far standards have fallen in recent years. Does that make it ok to push or endorse homosexuality, even in a tame way?

While I understand that there are still some conservatives who oppose gay marriage Jim Crowe despite it being legal across the country, it seems like a bit of a stretch to call this advertisement “indecent.”

SCOTUS misses the mark now and then. Gay marriage is one of those times.

If they run the ad, OMM will protest and ask people to boycott the network. But having pulled it, the LGBQ community will be doing the same thing. It’s a lose-lose proposition.

If they had never run it in the first place, they wouldn't be in that bind.

Besides, the number of LGBTQ%*(&$(*#^ buying Hallmark stuff is probably a smaller percentage of the sales than us breeders buying it.
