I think the argument started outside of this shop. They couldn't agree on whether Sergio Mendes can walk down the street in South America. (Trust me. I've been there trying to buy some Don Ho records).

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 36-year-old man flipped a hot dog stand in the middle of a crowded Broadway during an argument with the vendor, an arrest report alleges.
Metro police responded Sunday morning to a report of a “disorderly individual” at Fifth Avenue South and Broadway. A hot dog vendor told officers that a man, identified in court documents as Patrick Bratcher, became aggressive and flipped over the man’s hot dog stand. No injuries were reported.
As police interviewed the vendor, they said Bratcher continued to be “aggressive” and was “cursing loudly and creating a hazardous environment.” Officers revealed he also had a strong smell of alcohol and was intoxicated.
Bratcher, 36, was booked into the Metro jail Sunday morning on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was released on a $350 bond.

Although there are a lot of NYC street names involved, this appears to have happened in Nashville, TN

Yuk. I detest hot dogs and in fact don’t eat pork. Not for religious reasons, but pigs are smartest of all animals. Would be like eating a friend.
Don’t eat lamb from Australia either. Was at the market an hour ago and picked up ground lamb on sale...put it down again. Australians think sheep are lambs until they are 2343 years old. Settled for grassfed beef. Yum.

Alcohol once again fueling belligerence and false courage. There ought to be a law against idiots, morons and fools drinking.
The vendor probably ran out of gluten free wieners.
Ground lamb burgers are very good! I also love a good rack of lamb from Costco.

To each his own, but several brands make all-beef hot dogs. Nathan’s Famous, Oscar Mayer, Ball Park, Hebrew National (’natch), Boar’s Head. Not a speck of Wilbur the Pig or Arnold Ziffel in any of them. Ball Park also makes a wicked smoked white meat turkey hot dog. Those things are great. And ditto on all-beef smoked sausage and brats, too. A lot of brands have alternatives for people like you who don’t want pork for a variety of reasons.
Nashville is over run with homeless.

Hey, thanks. I had no idea. But now I can shop smartly. The turkey dog sounds interesting. I buy ground turkey from Trader Joe and make fab turkey burgers. They don’t sell pork products but perhaps have turkey dogs...if not, someone will.
At this point in time it is gun owners. Next, it will be some other group.
