Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I think the delays are to avoid deaths of American Citizens.
Right now the focus has been on shutting down the money sources—corruption can’t function with out it.
Every single state has Cartel infiltrated, and also there’s jihadis, ChiComs, Russians etc. When arrests happen, that’s when violence could erupt. Cities will likely need to be locked down.
Some judicial house cleaning is still needed—still have too many traitorous judges, and Soros managed to get yet more local DAs, LEOs, SOS etc. It’s a monumental task and has to be tackled with other countries at the same time.
I’ll be happily surprised if arrests happen before 2020 election.

I humbly disagree with timing; but only time will tell. Many MS-13 and other types are now deported or incarcerated; notice no real CONUS jihad action in the last couple of years, especially compared to the 0bola years? Russians? You think there are Russians in the US ready to egnage in guerrilla warfare? ChiComs, who knows.
I think much sooner arrests will happen. I don’t see Trump delaying arrests due to fear of violence. Basically all LE supports him and MAGA, and consider how many fed people are armed and in essence a type of LE - Border Patrol, Customs, and many more. And Trump has seriously strengthened and improved the mil.

The 60s movement had no real leaders.
At first it was just a bunch of naive and idealistic musicians, many of them not even 20 years old.
This vacuum allowed the loud-mouthed Marxists to step in like the "Chicago seven" and claim to be the leaders.
In my view, the entry of the Marxists was the beginning of the end of what started as a movement honoring freedom, creativity and youth. (There was also the problem with drugs; but, in my opinion, this was not fatal until cocaine took center stage. For most people, pot and acid were self-limiting.)
But it's very different now. We have an unquestioned leader in Donald Trump, who is not a child, but a very serious adult.
We are sober and responsible and spiritual ... and yet we boomers are the same people who were idealistic and freedom-loving and wanted to change the world.
We are the same people, but we are no longer children ... except children of God.
Right now, with the aid of Q and Q+ we are filtering through the FAKE LEADERS ... building a foundation that can last even beyond the Trump Presidency.
It's different this time. This time we'll get it right.

POTUS will not pull the trigger until assured of victory. I too hope it’s sooner rather than later, but there’s a lot that has to be done.
