Things are looking bleak for the Kamala Harris campaign. On Wednesday, Politico reported that “Harris is dramatically restructuring her campaign by redeploying staffers to Iowa and laying off dozens of aides at her Baltimore headquarters, . . . as she struggles to resuscitate her beleaguered presidential bid.”
Harris announced she was “moving” to Iowa back in September, but the California senator is now in a dead heat for fifth place in the state, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls. At 2.7 percent, she’s tied with Tom Steyer, Amy Klobuchar, and Andrew Yang, and just a hair ahead of Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who is sitting at 2.3 percent.
After Gabbard attacked Harris’s record on criminal justice at the July Democratic debate, Harris shot back in an interview: “This is going to sound immodest, but I’m obviously a top-tier candidate, and so I did expect that I would be on the stage and take hits tonight, because there are a lot of people that are trying to make the stage for the next debate. . . . Especially when some people are at 0 or 1 percent, whatever she [Gabbard] might be at.”

I hope not. I wanted to hear more stories about when she was in college, smoking weed in the dorm, listening to Snoop and Tupac, at a time when they were about 12 years old. I’m sure she’s also a big fan of Eric Clapner. I would also miss the affectation of the head bob that shows she down with the sistas.

I don;t agree with a single political position Gabbard has but, I do admire her spunk.
To punctuate the Dem outrage against Gabbard you have the Pantsuit declaring that Gabbard is also a Russian Asset.

What a coincidence! I love every song that Mr. Clapner ever wrote. Which songs do I love best? As John Kerry would say, “All of them.”
Describes herself as a “woman of color”—— not african american, though implies that. Her dad is seriously pissed about her when she was calling herself that— he is a professional person, and proud of his heritage, which includes slave ownership earlier in the family’s history on his side.
The 1/4 drop rule? She’s not Af American. Her “boyfriend” in CA, Brown paid it no mind. It’s all cleverness— same as Warren (though not as blatant— cause she ain’t any bit of Cherokee, and is fauxahontas.
She was an anchor baby for an immigrant mom from India and a father from Jamaica whose family were slave traders. There is no authenticity for her to be truly “down wit duh shtrugga”. The LA Times might have categorized her a “magic” like Soetoro, and Jesse Jackson might have talked about cutting out her ovaries similar to what he said about Soetoro. She may have benefited from convoluted intersectionality.
Her time has come and gone.
