Fired Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe suddenly dropped his wrongful termination case on Friday.
Secession.

It will be more like the Weather Underground tactics than a field of battle.
It is likely this story is wrong. Word on twitter is he dropped a FOIA lawsuit and not the wrongful termenation lawsuit. Hattip CTH.

also, after what has come to light regarding altered 302’s one would think that Chris Wray at FBI would have the integrity to encourage DOJ to initiate process to drop Flynn charges/void case. Flynn shouldn’t have to ask Judge to do it.....

For what it’s worth, for the last few hours, there’s been a clearly orchestrated Twitter campaign by posters who claim to have access to the McCabe camp who state that what got dumped today was an action to compel the government to provide documents necessary for his employment case, not the case itself. The history has been about 50-50 when stuff like this happens. About half the time the media actually did get the wrong case, and the other half, the left was trying to diminish the importance of the announcement. It might be worth slow walking this item 12 hours or so, or at least holding off on sending in the deposit for the banquet room.
Didn’t want to hang himself with exposure of deep state corrupt antics because of DISCOVERY.
He just wants it all to be forgotten and covered up
Now get to the real case.... INDICT him!
He may have to sell his house to pay his legal fees.

The style, or name, of the lawsuit reflects that it was brought by "David L. Snyder in his capacity as counsel for Andrew G. McCabe." Typically a lawsuit is brought directly in the name of the client, and the complaint does not explain why this one was brought in the name of the lawyer in his capacity as counsel. A couple of reasons to do that occur to me, but I won't speculate as there may be valid reasons also.
The case number on the dismissal document with the story is the FOIA case.
Not to mention Seth Rich, Whitey Bulger, and others. The Deep State has many methods of terminating any potential Joe Valachi wannabes. You lust realize the Democratic Party has long been a criminal syndicate, even before taking a hard left turn. The Clintons have a trail of blood going back to the 1980s in Arkansas. Lyndon Johnson was known to get rid of opponents by gangster methods. He had a personal hit man, Malcolm Wallace. Obama’s reputed homosexual lover died mysteriously just before Obama became prominent. The Deep State is as ruthless as any Mexican drug cartel, and has way more resources. Trump, Barr, and Durham need your prayers, as they are taking on a task more difficult than taking on El Chapo or the Mafia.
It might have something to do with how the fees are handled..
